New Sustainable Material

NonOilen® - New Colors

Early 2026

A next-generation biodegradable PLA+PHB blend designed for makers who want premium print quality without compromising sustainability. Now evolving into a full color collection launching early 2026 — same performance, brand-new shades.

Key Features:

  • 100% bio-based and fully compostable
  • High thermal resistance up to 120 °C
  • Improved impact and chemical durability

Printing Tips:

  • ✅ Nozzle: 170–180 °C
  • ✅ Recommended speed: ~150 mm/s
  • ✅ For best results, apply light adhesion (e.g., 3DLac)

rePETG Loopfill

Early 2026

A new generation of recycled PETG — engineered for consistent, high-quality printing while staying true to environmental responsibility. Made from carefully selected industrial waste streams to ensure clean, clear material with stable mechanical properties, avoiding the color and quality inconsistencies common in standard recycled filaments.

Key Features:

  • ✅ Produced from controlled recycled sources for repeatable performance
  • ✅ High clarity and strong mechanical strength
  • ✅ Sustainable alternative without printing compromises
  • ✅ Behaves like standard PETG for easy integration into existing workflows

Printing Tips:

  • ✅ Print using your usual PETG profile
  • ✅ Always dry before printing to minimize stringing and enhance properties
  • ✅ No special nozzle or hardware required

Inovation in Flexible Materials

Flexitorc

Release in the First Half of 2026

Flexitorc is a next-generation flexible filament designed to unlock creativity far beyond standard TPU or TPE. With exceptional elasticity, pleasant feel, and uniquely stable mechanical behavior even at very low thicknesses, it brings new possibilities to both industrial and hobby applications.

One of its most powerful features is re-formability:

Printed parts can be reshaped repeatedly by heating them (oven, heat gun, even microwave for small pieces). Instead of throwing away misprints or support-heavy parts, you can remelt, reshape, and upcycle them — giving every print a second life.

Key Features:

  • ✅ High elasticity, flexibility, and mechanical stability
  • ✅ Pleasant, skin-safe material feel
  • Extremely low hygroscopicity — drying usually unnecessary
  • ✅ Re-formable and reusable: heat, reshape, repeat
  • ✅ Suitable for crafting, prototyping, wearable parts, and upcycled projects

Printing Tips:

  • Do not exceed 200°C, even during loading or purging
  • For printing, use 140–180°C depending on printer and nozzle size
  • Bed: 0–30°C
  • Not suitable for AMS/multi-material systems
  • Store away from heat to avoid deformation

Flexfill PEBA 90A

Available Again Early 2026

Flexfill PEBA 90A is one of the most advanced flexible filaments in the Fillamentum portfolio — extremely elastic, lightweight, and energy-returning. Despite its softness, it prints surprisingly easily on modern printers and delivers clean, precise details even at higher speeds.

Its mechanical behavior sets it apart:

PEBA maintains flexibility even in thin walls, offers excellent rebound, and withstands repeated bending cycles without degradation. It’s ideal for applications requiring comfort, impact absorption, or high deformation without tearing.

Key Features:

  • ✅ Exceptional elasticity and rebound
  • ✅ Easy to print on modern printers
  • ✅ Stable even in thin-walled parts
  • ✅ Pleasant, soft material feel
  • ✅ Excellent fatigue resistance (survives thousands of bend cycles)
  • ✅ Suitable for lifestyle, sports, prototyping, and technical parts

Printing Tips:

  • ✅ Print with standard flexible-material profiles
  • ✅ Best results with moderate speed settings
  • ✅ Suitable for single-material printing (not AMS-friendly)
  • ✅ Drying recommended only if reducing stringing is desired
