We ship worldwide

We ship from Hulín, Czech Republic to all countries
Orders placed until 11:30 AM CET will be shipped same day
Shipping fee depends on weight of package, choosed service and final destination
Customer is responsible for payment of any applicable duties, taxes and other fees
We ship with DHL and DPD, you can choose from standard or express option for most countries
If you are interested in large quantities (more than 40 kg, please contact helpdesk@fillamentum.com to calculate your shipping fee separately

You can pay via PayPal or Credit card
Cash on delivery is available only in Czech Republic and Slovakia
If PayPal or credit card is not suitable for you, you can proceed with your order and choose COD payment, then please contact helpdesk@fillamentum.com to complete payment with bank transfer
If you are EU based company with registered VAT number and you want to buy without tax, you can proceed with your order and put VAT number to VAT ID column during first step of order
